Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail but on occasion may be shipped through other methods. Shipping rates have been simplified to provide the lowest possible rates for all customers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are per order to a single address. Orders shipping to additional addresses will incur additional shipping charges.

US Shipping Rates

1 shirt $5, 2 shirts $9 and a flat rate of $11 for all quantities of 3 or more.

Canada and Mexico Shipping Rates

Canada and Mexico Shipping Rates: 1 shirt $11, 2-8 shirts $26 and a flat rate of $33 for all quantities of 9 or more. See International Shipping Policy Below.

International Shipping Rates

1 shirt $13, 2 shirts $27, 3-8 shirts $42 and a flat rate of $54 for all quantities of 9 or more. (International shipping rates apply to orders to all countries except US, Canada and Mexico. We are unable to ship to Ascension, Falkland Islands, North Korea, Somalia, Bolivia or Cuba.) See International Shipping Policy Below.

Overnight Shipping

We do not currently offer overnight shipping.

Shipment Tracking

Since all shipments are made through USPS Priority Mail shipment tracking is not available.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of order placement. Shipping times vary according to distance and weight. Allow 5-7 business days for all domestic shipments. All international are subject to possible customs delays, therefore we are unable to estimate shipping times.

BACKORDERS

Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order includes a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when this will occur. Payments for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. This helps to keep shipping costs down, as it would be more expensive to charge for two separate shipments. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

OoglieBooglie.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
