Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
- All returns must be preapproved by the returns department. Email returns@oogliebooglie.com to receive a
Return Authorization # (RA#) prior to returning your item. - All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise.
- Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- All returned merchandise must be received by OoglieBooglie, Inc. in unused, saleable condition, unless being returned due to a manufacturer defect.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
CUSTOMER RETURNS
- The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipments to:

- Indicate either refund or exchange and reason for refund or exchange within the returned package.
- RA# must be written in bold on the outside of shipping package for all returns and exchanges to ensure proper handling and credit.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
- Any return for credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund.
- The internal paperwork for credit/exchange is normally completed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
- If your clothing item is in its original unused condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay all shipping related costs.
- Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
